This month, Urban Sketchers Philippines is doing something different. We will be joining the World Music Day celebrations with an afternoon-night of listening to and of course, sketching the performers and the music-loving crowd over at the MOD Stage of Fête de la Musique 2015. ;)
WHEN: June 20, 2015 (Saturday)
WHERE: Alchemy Bistro Bar, corner Polaris St. and Durban St., Barangay Poblacion, Makati
TIME: 4PM-7PM (7PM show & tell, participants may choose to stay until after the sketchwalk ;) )
Alchemy is a bistro bar with three distinct areas: an outdoor pizzeria with an Italian wood-fired pizza oven, a unique indoor eating/drinking venue, and a rooftop wine bar. The MOD Stage will feature blues, ska, soul, pop, reggae, and folk music from some of the country's best music artists. If you'd like some good seats/sketching spots, please come early. :)
